What has been your team's biggest takeaway from working in 2021?
A: The team grows together. In 2021, we won a huge bonus by betting with the company, which makes us deeply understand that the era of making a fortune in silence is over. A: There are many difficulties in 2021: new crown mutation, frequent occurrence of virus strains, sky-high shipping prices, exchange rate fluctuations, global port congestion, hot raw material prices, etc. Under the harsh environment of these things, our team still achieved 67% of orders and 63% of sales growth，which is not easy. Due to the epidemic, we can only develop customers through website collection and cloud exhibition channels, but the development of new customers and new products has achieved good results. Compared to 2020, we focus more on team building. Let everyone feel the power of the team. We have formulated weekly and monthly plans in detail, so as to be targeted.
